Aspirations Fairs
After students in grades 3 - 6 articulate their initial career aspirations, Maine College Circle, the school, and the community gather together local professionals in those careers to talk with the students. Students come to these Aspirations Fairs with questions. These interviews are often part of the students' Future of Maine Aspirations Scholarship essays.
These Aspirations Fairs can be a lot of work, but not when the whole community gets involved. They are very much appreciated by schools and students and a great way too strengthen the relationship between the school and the community.
